Yes. Our web player is only available to our customers. Be sure to Sign In your account. You should now see the Web Player Tab in the menu

How do I order?

Choose the subscription length you want from our Order Now Page, add it to the shopping cart and check out. Please be sure to enter your information including real phone and/or email so we can send you the login credentials. Then install one of the apps, and start enjoying!

 

  

How many devices can I use your service on at once?

You can watch up to 5 devices at once. If you need to remove one device from your account, you need to request it be unlisted, send us an email.

 

 

 

What devices does it work on?

You can watch tv on all android boxes, firesticks(recommended),phones, tablets, windows pc. mac, ipad and iphone. Roku devices are experimental (beta testing)

 

  

Is it IP locked?

Not at all.

 

 

 

Where do I find my login information?

You should have received a registration email with your service information after a couple of minutes from checkout. Sometimes it gets in the email spam folder "Junk mail ". If you can't find it just contact us and we will send them to you.

 

 

 

How do I renew my subscription?

It's as easy as when you first ordered, simply return to the store, order the time you wish to add, and checkout, it will be added to your account.

We will also send an email or SMS reminder just before your subscription expires with a mobile links to renew if you like.

Your app will show you when the subscription is running out.

 

 

 

Is there any kind of credit check?

No. Not at all. We make it easy to save.

 

 

 

Do I get billed each month?

No, we do not bill you. This way there are no surprises, when it is time to renew simply return to the store and place another order. Time will be added to your account.

Is there a contract?
